Is shipping discreet?
Yes. We ship in standard USPS priority shipping boxes, with no logos or business labels.
What's your shipping process?
Our processing time is up to 5 business days. We ask that you be patient and wait the 5 business days before inquiring for your tracking information. Shipping is then 1-3 days. It will take up to 8 business days to recieve your order.
Do you provide refunds?
Once your order is placed, we do not do alterations. We can cancel your order so you can place it again if you choose, just contact us.

any refund request are subject to an investigation; claims can be made and processed with a per-case trail, refunds that are approved are subject to a pro-rated store credit or a discount towards future orders. Please contact us via email: info@supherbliving.com
Can I add something to my order? Can I change my order?
Once your order is placed, we do not do alterations. We can cancel your order so you can place it again if you choose, just contact us.
Where is my tracking number?
Once your order is placed, please allow up to 48 hours for any order update. you will automatically be emailed your tracking number once your order is being processed.
My order says it was delivered, but I have not received anything, what do I do?
Once we send your package our for shipping, and you receive a tracking number with USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, regardless of the size of the order. You should first check the tracking details, then contact your local post office to see if your package can be located. If you find that your package was officially delivered, but no where to be found, we have a reship fee that is determined by the size of your original order.
